Immunization Changes
*Immunization Requirements 2010-2011*
Effective next school year 2010-2011 all students through 10th grade will be required to have a minimum of one [1] Varicella (Chicken Pox) shot or documentation from their physician that they have had the disease.
VARICELLA: All children entering Kindergarten and Grade 1 will have 2 varicella shots.
TdaP: All 7th Graders will be required to have a Tetanus booster with acellular Pertussis [TdaP] for the 2010-2011 school year.
All 7th Graders will be required to have documentation of the TdaP [Boostrix or Adacel] vaccination for the 2010-2011 school year.
