We've started the school year. Yeah!

In all the classes we have been talking about ways we make a difference in the world.

So all the classes have been working on paper dolls and showing how together we make a difference.

Look around in the halls for your special doll.

Middle School

6th graders are creating Artist cards using the school theme.

7th and 8th graders are creating boxes inspired by the artist Joseph Cornell

and the school theme.

                                   

                            GRADING SCALE

Early childhood and primary classes are graded on effort and participation.

Intermediate classes are graded on participation, conduct and effort.

Middle school classes are graded on participation, conduct, effort and the art rubric.

A/A+    Wow! Exceptional solution to the problem.

B/B+   Good You did everything requested, followed directions.

C/C+   OK  You did just enough to get by.  Poor craftsmanship.

D/D+  It is Not finished.  You did not follow directions. Low effort. Poor craftsmanship.

F  NO Project.  Poor craftsmanship, low effort, you did not follow directions.
